2018 Colorado Chamber Orchestra Academy

June 1-11, 2018

The Colorado Chamber Orchestra Academy at UNC (COCOA) is a summer program for outstanding high school and college string students. The unique conductor-less format provides young artists the opportunity to rehearse and perform alongside professional performing artists in a stimulating and inspiring environment. COCOA will culminate with a number of concerts throughout the state and a professional studio recording session, providing an unmatched amount of performance opportunity and exposure for participants.

Participation is by invitation. Interested young artists may send a representative recording to gal.faganel@unco.edu. Previously submitted Western States Honor Orchestra Festival audition recording may be used
