Professional/Academic Experience

Sylvia is a Casting Director, and the owner of Sylvia Gregory Casting.
Sylvia has cast SAG Feature and Independent Short Films, video games, commercials, immersive events, web spots, print ads and ad campaigns for numerous national and regional commercials. She has worked as a Casting and Performance Director for Deck Nine Games, and the Casting Director for The Colorado Shakespeare Festival, LOCAL Theatre, and The Arvada Center, as well as consulting on casting for many theaters throughout the state and western region. She has taught at The University of Northern Colorado, Denver University, University of Colorado Boulder, Metro State and The Denver Center for the Performing Arts.

Other Experience

The New York Times has recognized Sylvia's work for both The Colorado Office of Suicide Prevention’s “Man Therapy” PSA campaign, and The Colorado Shakespeare Festival’s production of Hamlet.
