Professional/Academic Experience

Jennifer Rice is the Costume Shop Manager for the School of Theatre and Dance at the University of Northern Colorado.  She is a costume designer, technician, and instructor.  Prior to joining the team at UNCO, Jennifer managed the costume shop and was an adjunct professor in Production and Design at Long Island University (Post Campus).  She has worked in the costume shops of the Texas Shakespeare Festival, the Colorado Shakespeare Festival, and The Shakespeare Theatre in Washington, DC.  Favorite designs include Twelfth Night, Wild Party, Le Misanthrope, and Red Noses, all produced by the Post Theatre Company in Brookville, NY.

Jennifer holds a B.A. in French and Dramatic Arts from Dickinson College and an M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies (concentration in Costume Design) from LIU Post.
