Senior Theatre Studies majors Nate Whitehead and Alison Sullivan received high honors at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF) Region 7 Festival in Spokane, Washington.

Students take the reins in our Spring Opera Scenes program, directing and singing scenes from operas by Franz Joseph Haydn, including Il mondo della luna (The World of the Moon), Armida, and Orlando Paladino.
UNC Opera Theatre and the University Symphony Orchestra present Der Freischütz, Carl Maria von Weber's German Romantic opera in 3 acts.

The University of Northern Colorado Open Space Festival of New Music features guest artists in concerts with UNC faculty, students, and the UNC Symphony, lectures, and roundtable discussions. Open Space is an annual event that brings significant composers and performers of contemporary music to our campus.
