Charlotte Nichols’ retrospective exhibition traces the development of her sculptural forms over the past 20 years. Three bodies of work will be presented using brass and copper as the primary materials in conceptual forms of anatomical, horticultural, and architectural content.
About the Artist
Charlotte is returning to the University of Northern Colorado where she graduated with a degree in art education. She taught art in secondary public schools, earned a Master of Fine Art degree and taught art at the University level. Her teaching career brought her back to UNC in 2001 where she taught design and metalsmithing through 2008. As an Artist / Educator, Charlotte’s work is a strong example of life long learning as her sculpture practice continues to evolve.
