"We are doing a very small film in a very big way," says Ludek Drizhal, UNC Assistant Professor of Digital Media Composition and Music Theory.

Drizhal and UNC Professor of Acting Ken Womble have been engaging music and theatre students in a new kind of collaboration at UNC: a short film. The 15-minute production, "Morris," will be shot this April in Greeley with Womble directing, scored by Drizhal, and screened in the fall.

Womble says in a Greeley Tribune interview,

"We decided 15 minutes or less, that we would have a small number of characters, and at least one of the characters had to be a current UNC student. From the beginning, we knew this was going to be a collaboration of current students, faculty and so on, and professionals. It ended up beautifully."
