Room Reservations and Keys

  •  Online Room Requests

    Online Room Requests

Rooms in Frasier Hall may be requested for student use by completing an online request form. Requests are processed in the order they are received, usually on the following business day. Submitting a request does not reserve the room; you will receive a confirmation email with the room reservation if we are able to fulfill your request.

Any classroom that is normally used for music classes may be requested. Rooms in the Music Library are reserved through the Library. Practice rooms may not be reserved. Milne Auditorium can only be used by the School of Music for recitals and dress rehearsals. We do not have access to Milne before 4:30pm on weekdays because it is disruptive to classes in Kepner.

*It is best to search by location for the room you would like to use. Frasier Hall rooms are designated as FRAS with a four digit room number, such as “0063" or “0249”.

  •  Vault Hours

    Vault Hours

The Vault is normally open from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. We cannot guarantee that we will actually be available during the hours posted because our duties frequently require that we be in another part of the building, somewhere else on campus, or away from campus. If we are not there when you come by, keep trying.

  •  Keys

    Keys

For one-time or short term assistance with accessing a room in Frasier Hall, please email Derek.Watson@unco.edu or visit the PVA Main Office in Frasier 105.

To request a key for long-term use, an online Key Request Form will need to be submitted by a faculty or staff member. Students will need to have their applied instructor/faculty advisor/supervisor submit a Key Request Form on their behalf.
